This Sweepstakes is open only to legal individual residents of the District of Columbia or the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are over the age of 21 at the time of entry. Associates of Nobel, Ltd., NobelCom.com and Enjoy Prepaid.com, their affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, participating sponsors, agencies, vendors and their families and persons living in the same household are not eligible to win. You must fill out any entry form completely or provide all the information required. The winner will be required to have a valid driver's license, proof of identification and age, and to sign an Acknowledgment of Eligibility and a release releasing publicity rights and the Sponsor from liability (the "Release") within fourteen (14) days of notification of winning the drawing. The Release will provide that the winner consents to Sponsor's use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Release will also release any liability and claims, and hold harmless, Nobel, Ltd., NobelCom.com and Enjoy Prepaid.com and their affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, participating sponsors, agencies, vendors and others associated with this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decision of the party selecting the winner which is final and binding in all respects. Should the winner make any false statement(s) in any document relating to this Sweepstakes, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States of America.

Nobel Ltd., 144-146 Vasile Lascar Street, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania, is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes (referred to alternatively herein as "Nobel, " the "Sponsor" or "NobelCom"). The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue this Sweepstakes or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notification. Any such changes will be available at https://www.nobelcom.com/freedraw-tos.html.
HOW TO ENTER.
Number of entries per participant is limited to one entry per month, but otherwise is unlimited. You may register to enter the sweepstakes beginning 12:00 a.m. ( midnight ) Pacific Standard Time (PST) 4th of July , through 11:59 p.m. (PST) on the date that the Sponsor designates as the last date for which entries will be accepted, as delineated in the "General" Section below . Residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, and residents of the District of Columbia can enter by purchasing NobelCom.com or Enjoy Prepaid.com services and completing the registration process available on the "my account" page at http://www.nobelcom.com or http://www.enjoyprepaid.com; or (b) by completing the online form by clicking the promotion link on the NobelCom.com/EnjoyPrepaid.com website homepage, http://www.nobelcom.com or (c) submitting one's name, address, email address, and phone number (incomplete entry cards will not be accepted) on a 3" x 5" card mailed to "Nobel retention Sweepstakes", #37224 PO Box 515381 Los Angeles, California 90051-6681United States, or in an email to sweepstakes@nobelglobe.com . For purposes of this Sweepstakes, "receipt" of an Internet entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the "submit" button on NobelCom.com's website or when it is actually received by Sponsor's servers if in email form. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the entry deadline for the next drawing and must reach Sponsor's PO Box to be valid. Entrants can enter online multiple times, with or without purchase, or by submitting multiple mail-in entries, but each entrant will be limited to one entry per month. Each entry will be automatically entered into all applicable drawings, allowing for a maximum one entry per monthly drawing, three entries per quarterly drawing, and 12 entries per yearly drawing per entrant. All entries must be received by midnight on the last day of the month before the next drawing, or they will be entered in the subsequent drawing, unless and until the Sponsor discontinues this sweepstakes, in which case such late entries will not be accepted.
RANDOM DRAWING AND PRIZE.
A random monthly, quarterly, and annual drawing from all properly completed entry forms will be held by NobelCom, whose decision is final. You need not be present to enter or win. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received by each entry deadline and, for each entry, are estimated to be approximately one in 20,000 for monthly drawings, one in 300,000 for quarterly drawings, and one in 1,000,000 for yearly drawings. During the effective period of this Sweepstakes, on the first of each month the Sponsor will award twenty entrants with a one time $50.00 credit to each winning entrant"s registered PIN numbers/Account with NobelCom/Enjoy Prepaid and thirty entrants with a one time $20.00 credit to each winning entrant's registered PIN numbers/Account with NobelCom/Enjoy Prepaid; for each winning entrant who does not have Pin numbers or Accounts with NobelCom or Enjoy Prepaid, the Sponsor will create a NobelCom PIN number, credit it with the prize award amount won, and supply it to such winner. If there are fewer than 50 entrants for a given month, prizes will be awarded to the participating entrants only. During the effective period of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will also award First Prizes to three entrants per each quarter with drawings on the first of January, April, July, and October, consisting in a prize with an approximate value of $1,000.00 (the Sponsor, at its sole discretion may choose the prize). During the effective period of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to one entrant per year, on the first of January. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for two to Hawaii or Puerto Rico (based on availability as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion), including airfare and accommodations at a four star hotel. The estimated value of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00. Any other expenses incurred by the winner which are not itemized above, including applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. The timing, exact location, and itinerary, of the awarded trip are determined solely by the Sponsor and may be changed at any time at its sole discretion. Travel must be completed within 6 months after the Grand Prize is awarded. The winners of First and Grand Prizes will be notified in writing at the email address listed on their entry form or entry information. Each Prize must be claimed within two weeks of notification of winning, including the Acknowledgment of Eligibility and Release completed and signed. Within two weeks of notification of winning, the prize claim, Acknowledgement of eligibility and Release, which the Sponsor will provide with or via the winning notification, must be returned to the Sponsor at "Nobel retention Sweepstakes" PO Box 515381Los Angeles, California 90051-6681United States or, via email, at sweepstakes@nobelcom.com, or by fax, at 1-760-683-3186 or an alternate winner will be chosen. At its sole discretion, the Sponsor may require additional eligibility confirmation form a winner. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, and the Grand and First Prizes are not eligible for cash redemption or equivalent. The Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. LIABILITY.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANTS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE NOBEL, LTD., ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AGENTS, VENDORS AND PARTICIPATING SPONSORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS AND AGREE TO HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY OR DAMAGE DUE TO INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH AND PROPERTY, CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE USE, MISUSE, ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANTS BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEY'S FEES OR ANY RIGHT TO HAVE ANY DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.

Nobel, Ltd. is not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
