1. How do I determine which card is right for me?
   Nobelcom.com offers calling cards to all countries. To determine which card is right for you, select the country you will be calling from and the destination to which you will be calling. Connection fee cards usually offer lower rates, but charge you a connection fee every time you call. These cards offer more minutes and are better for longer conversations. Opting for a no connection fee card is usually a better choice for shorter, more frequent phone calls to a certain destination. If you are calling to cellular phones then choose a card which denotes that it is specifically for calling cellular phones. Also, note that some of our cards offer discounted rates to certain major cities within a country.
   
   If you are a new customer, you may be called by our customer support team to verify your order.
   
2. Why must you call to verify my order?
   At Nobelcom.com, confirming your order is our way of ensuring consumer protection against credit card fraud. Our highly-trained customer service representatives inspect and verify all new orders to guarantee your online security. All fraudulent orders are reported to the appropriate authorities.

   NobelCom.com has its own proprietary global network, which enables us to get the lowest rates and best connection quality to anywhere in the world. Also, Nobelcom.com's "Virtual PIN Delivery System" eliminates extra printing costs that may increase rates on physical phone cards.
   
5. Once I purchase a phone card, how do I use it?
   Upon purchasing a phone card from Nobelcom.com, you will receive an email message providing you with a toll-free access number, PIN number and a customer service number. Simply, call the toll-free access number, enter your PIN and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling.
   
6. Can I use NobelCom.com phone cards anywhere?
   NobelCom.com offers products that allow you to call to any country in the world from any phone in the United States and Canada. Nobelcom.com also offers cards for calling from abroad to the U.S and select other countries. Our phone cards work with virtually all cellular networks and payphones. Please note that some hotels and conference centers charge high rates to use phone lines, regardless of the calling card rate.
   
7. Why are the rates different when calling a cell phone?
   In most international countries, a surcharge is applied when calling to cellular phones. This additional charge results in rate increases.
   
8. Is my online transaction secure?
   Yes. All online transactions at NobelCom.com are handled with the industry standard 56-bit SSL encryption. This ensures that your credit card information is kept confidential and your order remains secure.
   
9. What is the NobelCom.com affiliate program, and how can I join?
   Being part of the affiliate program at NobelCom.com is an excellent opportunity to start making money on your already existing website. Becoming an affiliate is easy and free. Place a graphic banner ad or a text link to NobelCom.com on your website and receive commissions when people purchase a Nobelcom.com product from your link. You can also receive commissions on customers' repeat orders. 10. Can I earn free phone cards from NobelCom.com?
    Yes. You can earn free phone cards by telling your friends about NobelCom.com's products and services. Simply click on "Refer-A-Friend" and fill out the referral form and start earning free calling cards. For every referred friend that purchases a Nobelcom.com product you will receive the equivalent of $10 in Nobel Points. You can also obtain store credit for every person referred by your friend. 11. What is your return/exchange policy?
    NobelCom.com will be happy to exchange any unused phone card for a different phone card of equal value.
    
12. When will my phone card expire?
    The expiration dates on our phone cards vary. Please check the detail page of the specific phone card you purchased for more information.
    
13. I lost the password to My Account. How do I retrieve it?
    To retrieve your password, go to the Help section or to the Forgot Password section in My Account. Your password will be emailed to you within a few minutes.
    
14. I lost my access number and PIN number. How do I retrieve it?
    Go to the Help section or to My Account section and find the order for which you lost your access number and PIN. Note: Going to Help will only allow you to retrieve your most recent access number and PIN. If another order is in question you must go to My Account.
    
15. Do I need to enable cookies on my computer in order to use Nobelcom.com?
    Yes. The cookies function must be enabled on your computer in order for you to place an order on Nobelcom.com. To enable cookies on your computer:
    • Go to Tools on the Toolbar at the top of your screen
    • Select Internet Options
    • Click on the Security tab
    • Select Default Level
    • Should automatically default to "Medium" level
    • Hit Apply
    Cookies should then be enabled on your computer and you should be able to proceed with your Nobelcom.com order.
    
16. Can I use my prepaid card from a cellular phone?
    Yes. You can use your calling card to call internationally from any cellular phone that is capable of calling a toll-free number. Regular airtime charges will apply as per your contract with your cellular provider.
    
17. Does NOBEL use VOIP?
    Some calls utilize VOIP, but we use the technology that provides the highest quality connection for our customer. This varies from country to country.
    
18. Can I use my card to call other countries than I specifically bought my card for?
    Yes. You can use your calling card to call other international destinations, but your rates will vary.
    
19. What is the Automatic Recharge option?
    The automatic recharge option allows YOU to determine the specified amount that your NobelCom phone card is recharged when your balance drops below your recharge level. Your credit card on record will also be charged at this time. By opting to use the automatic recharge feature, your phone card account automatically recharges when your balance gets low so you can make that important call when you need to.
    
20. I have enabled the Automatic Recharge option. When will my calling card be recharged?
    Your NobelCom calling card will be recharged when your balance gets below the recharge level that you selected. Your credit card on record will also be charged at this time.
    
21. I don’t want to remember a PIN. How do I use Pinless dialing?
    NobelCom offers the convenience of pinless dialing. ANI (Automatic Number Identification) allows you to use your NobelCom phone card without entering a PIN. You can register up to six (6) different phone numbers, per PIN, from which you use this service-home, office, mobile, etc. When making calls from these registered numbers, dial your access number and then dial your destination number; no PIN is necessary. However, a PIN will be supplied so you can still receive NobelCom’s great low rates when making calls from non-registered phones. To register your phone numbers, log into your account.
    
    Please note that a specific phone number can be registered to only one (1) NobelCom PIN or to an Enjoy Prepaid account. Once a phone number is registered, the ANI system will recognize this NobelCom PIN or Enjoy Prepaid account when you dial the access number. PINs from other NobelCom calling cards, or Enjoy Prepaid phone plans, will not be recognized unless the ANI option for the original PIN is disabled first.
    
22. How long does it take for the Pinless dialing to be setup on my phones?
    Once you send your order, the phone number(s) that you have submitted will be registered in the NobelCom system in approximately 30 minutes. When making calls from these registered numbers, dial your access number and then dial your destination number; no PIN is necessary.
